Nominate for the 2025 Home Rescue Project

Thank you for helping us find the right people to consider for this year's Project!
Simply fill out the form below to let us know who you think should with a Home Rescue this year.

Here are the rules:

  • The winner of the Home Rescue must own their home

  • You may NOT nominate yourself

  • Please ONLY include the first name of the person you wish to nominate

  • Please do NOT share personal or sensitive information that the nominee would not wish you to share- let us know why they deserve to be nominated without going into too many specifics

  • We will NOT consider any information based on an individual's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or any other protected class characteristic​

  • Do NOT give out the nominee's contact information- we will go through you to set up our first meeting with them

Please note that each individual only needs to be nominated once. You may fill out the form multiple times if you have multiple people or families you would want to be considered! 

Here's what to expect in the process:

  • When we receive your nomination, expect to be contacted by us within a few days so we can ask more questions and set up a time to meet the person or family you nominate

  • All legitimate nominations will be considered

  • Nominations CLOSE on October 25th

  • After a person is nominated, we will need to meet with them to discuss the process and make sure they are a good fit and do, in fact, want to be considered to win

  • Nominations will first be considered by our internal Nominations Committee to determine a Top 3-5 prospective winners.

  • Any nominee who makes it into the Top 3-5 will be guaranteed some financial winnings for their participation

  • The winner of the Project will be determined from among the Top 3-5 nominees by a non-discriminatory voting process among all Contributors to The REAL Difference Project (includes all real estate clients of The REAL Difference Project and any participants in the Pay it Forward Program)
