What IS a Home Rescue?

Home Rescue is the current goal of The REAL Difference Project. These projects are funded by the donation of 10% of every real estate commission our team has earned, which we set aside to help local families. Here's how it works: Through YOUR nominations, we find a local family in need to become the winner. Then we give them a free home inspection and work with the homeowner to identify the most urgent repairs we can fund within our budget. During the renovation, we provide a complimentary hotel stay while we and our amazing local partners deliver a FREE home makeover! Our mission is to make this project as big as possible.

You can help expand our ability to serve our neighbors by:

·       Hiring one of our agents for your next real estate transaction 

·       Choosing to "Close with a Cause" - chip in at closing to help fund the project

·       Making a contribution on our website or at our office

·       Donating materials or labor (Call our office for details)

100% of contributions go directly to fund a Home Rescue for a family in need! 

The Real Difference Project is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions made to us are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
